Inform for Windows CE

Inform is a well-known compiler for Interactive Fiction (IF), developed by Graham Nelson. Inform compiles z-code files such as those used by Infocom. This port runs on Windows CE devices (MIPS CPU only at this stage), such as the Cassiopeia. On a Cassiopeia E-10, it compiles Advent in about 30 seconds.

This is a beta version, which means it may crash or act strangely. It has only been tested on a Cassiopeia E-10.
